I made a start on the rendering this morning, only two barrow loads… it is Sunday after all!!
I keep having to spray the wall with water, both before rendering, and after, to stop it cracking, it is so hot, the render is drying out too fast.
It has always puzzled me, why Colombians, don\’t bother to render their houses, especially old ones, and it came to me this morning, it is probably because of the number of \’terremotos\’ (earthquakes) we have, it would cause the render to crack, if not fall off…Oh well, it will look good for a while at least!
