It\’s just been a quiet week, I have been pottering in the garden, and in the workshop, with little to report, I have been doing some routine maintenance, ready for Christmas, nothing special, but more on that in another post.
Last week I bought myself a new 360º camera, an LGR105
At first I thought it was a dud, because it has to connect to your mobile phone, and try as I might, it would not connect to my Xiaomi, or my old Samsung, so I got in touch with the Vendor, thinking I would be fobbed off, as I bought the camera from Bogota using MercadoLibre, our equivalent of eBay, but they were excellent, I sent it back, and the problem was the software, they replaced/updated it, and now it works fine.
This is not a replacement for the other camera, but an addition which does other functions, and is easier to use, it is small enough to slip in your pocket, and you can take photos or video, without using your mobile phone, it just means that you can\’t see the photo before you take it, so it is somewhat hit and miss.
This morning I took it with me on the morning dog walk, I am now getting the hang of uploading 360º videos and photos, it isn\’t easy, but I\’m getting there…However I still need a lot more practise at taking the subject matter.
