Today, I decided that rather than continuing with the rendering on the back of the house, which due to the heat, I think will have to be done in the afternoons, once the sun has moved round to the other side of the house, I would get on with finishing the \’zona de ropa\’, therefore painting was the order of the day. Whilst doing this, I came upon one of my little friends.
normally you see them and they are black, but it looks as if they can change colour to fit in with the background, I haven\’t seen any of his mates, so maybe they are in the wall somewhere!
Anyway having spent the morning trying to stop the dogs lying against newly painted walls, and failing miserably with Tito, I finished the white, and what a difference it has made.
It actually looks as if it belongs to the house now, rather than a bit of a dump. To finish off this area, I have just got to paint the security bars on the window, and make a shelving unit to go on the wall, I bought the timber for that yesterday, so hopefully I will get that done soon.
