I am told that the decision on the sale of my Spanish house will be forthcoming this week… I have never known a Bank take so long in making a mortgage decision. I just need that decision to be the right one.
I haven\’t a clue which day, or even if it will be this week, I can only sit here with my fingers crossed, it is certainly giving me sleepless nights, I will be glad when it is all over.
The only thing that I can hope for now, is that the Buyers start putting some pressure on, because if they have not signed and paid by December 16th, they have to pay back rent from the day they moved in. I would rather the sale went through, and the case closed. I certainly don\’t want to have to start all over again. So please keep your fingers crossed and watch this space!
