Yesterday, I actually managed to do my first serious piece of woodwork, we both thought our bed was too low, and when making it, we kept trapping our knuckles between the mattress and the frame, there was plenty of room to install a new slat rail, so off to the DIY store, purchased my needs, and set to. Yes, it was only a minor job, but it was great to be working with wood again, and I can\’t wait until I have my workshop.
This morning, Pépe had a 9 am castration appointment with the Vet, so we had a short walk first thing, and then I had to occupy his mind, as he was not allowed food or drink. We arrived just before 9 am, then found that the operation was delayed until at least 10 am, as the Vet was covering for the cashier! We had the option to leave Pépe, or take him away and return, Marcela was nearly in tears, at the thought of what was going to happen to her baby, so I decided, it was no fair to take him away and have to return, so stay he did. Now we are just waiting for the phone call, to tell us to collect him.
Pépe is a right sneaky chappy! I was searching the internet and came across this Blog, \’Life on Four Feet\’, it sounded quite interesting, and as I started to read it, I realised that it was Pépe\’s Blog, how dare he… more to the point, when does he access the computer?
