Just a quick update! Having sent the Gestor a strongly worded email questioning his competence, I received a reply this afternoon, telling me that if I wanted to make an official complaint to his Professional Body to go ahead, and then I could sack him, he then gave me the first understandable update I have received in nineteen months, now if he had done that from the outset, there would have been no problem.
Apparently the papers will be available from 22nd, it is the Gestor\’s intention to collect them on that date, and take them to the Registro, for the property to be offically registered, then after this is stamped at the Notary, they can go to the Buyer\’s Bank for mortgage approval… fingers crossed!
