Life continues

Well…Yesterday was my appointment with the Back Specialist, he was a lovely Guy, it turns out that his hobby is also Woodwork, and he asked for an invitation to visit once we have bought a house and started up my workshop again! However as far as my back was concerned, he wasn\’t that helpful, tablets for the pain, which are damned expensive, (because they issued on a private prescription)  I have got through it so far without, so will continue without. He also made it clear he wants more weight loss, some hope, another 10kg would take me to a weight I probably haven\’t been since I left school! I see him again in 3 months.

Pépe has proved himself to be really crafty, every time I wash his toilet tray, and return it, he sniffs to see whether I have put the spicy chile sauce on it, but I put it on the two corners further from the wall, we return home, to find the tray pulled away from the wall, and he had started on the other two corners, so now, I have to coat all four! The supermarket will be doing a roaring trade in chile sauce!

News from Spain, the Bank giving my buyer the mortgage, have confirmed that there will be no problem provided the papers prove to have been updated correctly, so fingers crossed, I just hope the final processes and the sale can be completed before the August 1 deadline, when everything shuts down until September!

I moved to Colombia from Spain in 2012, and I am happily married to a Colombiana.
