Today I have to get through the day on next to nothing, I am not allowed anything with Milk, no coffee, no meat, in fact it looks like tea, or water with rice soup all day…lovely!! tonight I have got to take a bottle of laxative (I thought they were joking, there\’s half a pint of the stuff!) so I don\’t envisage getting any sleep. I then have to be at the Medical Centre for 8am, although my appointment for X-rays is not until 10am, I am not sure why I have to be there so early, but I am sure it will become clear at some stage.
It\’s only 10am and I am already gagging for a coffee, and because I can\’t have one, a lovely big pasty!!!!!
