I haven\’t been up to much this week, to be honest, I haven\’t been up to it, I put my back out doing the exercises, and have had to take it easy. It is a few years since I have had major problems with my back, and hopefully once I get back into the swing of things, it will be a few more before it happens again.
Last Sunday we were invited out for lunch, we have some new friends who live in a town just outside Bello, he is American, and she Colombian, a lovely couple, and he is an excellent cook, we had a great time, it was just a shame, she had had to return to the US, but Marcela spoke with her on skype, and they put the world to rights!
Marcela has had two days out, at meetings in the City this week, so I have been amusing myself here.
My Family English Students are pressing ahead, and I am really quite impressed with their dedication to study, with the exception of Marcela, this is all too easy for her at the moment, and she is a bit cocky! Wait until the harder stuff comes along.
Today, so far it has been cloudy all day, and gone quite cool, it is only 20ºC, and I have put a shirt on, all I can say to that is, thank goodness I am not back in the UK at the moment!
Finally, Marcela contacted Migración this morning and my new Cedula (Colombian ID) has not arrived as yet… now there\’s a surprise! We\’ll try again next week.
