It\’s been a a quiet week, we have done some running around, but there is not a lot to show for it. Fortunately there have been no further problems with the car.
The are still problems in Spain, the sign was put up in Cadiar, asking if anyone had any objections to the new Deeds/Escritura being issued, that was due to expire on February 12th, and as of last Friday the Court in Orgiva were saying they had not had the paperwork back. So I instructed my Agent to go to the Courthouse in Cadiar and see what was the hold-up, it turns out they sent the papers back to Orgiva on February 19th, but because everyone refuses to communicate, this was not known. I contacted my Gestor, and have instructed him to go to the Court in Orgiva, and find out what they are playing at, that is another three weeks wasted, you can bet your bottom dollar, they wont do anything to make up the lost time. Hopefully I will know more tomorrow!
