This morning, Marcela was on the phone to the Immigration Dept. again, they confirmed that my temporary Cedula / Residency Card, had arrived in Medellin, so this afternoon we went over to fetch it, apparently I will receive the plastic card in June, and it has to be renewed in December!!!
Now I can open a Bank Account, and take out Health Insurance etc. I exist at last.
Now if I can just get my crates from the Port in Cartagena, I will be happy!
